The College of Education and Human Development honored four students Thursday, Aug. 9, at 3 p.m. in the J. in Room 292 in the Memorial Student Center, as Distinguished Honor Graduates.
Those honored included Sally Brock, an elementary education interdisciplinary studies major from Kaufman, Texas; Amber Hickey, a middle grades language arts/social studies interdisciplinary studies major from Spring, Texas; Janice McConnell, a educational psychology special education major from Bryan, Texas; and Sarah Vick, a kinesiology major focusing on motor behavior from San Antonio, Texas.
The College of Education and Human Development honors those students who not only performed well in the classroom, but also excelled outside of the classroom in organizations and in the community prior to every graduation ceremony.
