Computer Support

Computer support assists with desktop computer needs in the College. That includes:

  • New machine ordering and set up
  • Updates for software
  • Resolving problems with current machines
  • New and renewal of student accounts
  • Email and Exchange support

     

Tony Reiter supervises the computer support area including student interns and student workers.  Tony provides end-user support for Microsoft Exchange and coordinates with CIS for new software purchases and new ethernet drops. Tony is interested in new technologies as they relate to systems maintenance and/or client support.

Ruben Martinez is the primary help desk contact and provides support for user accounts and desktop computers.  Ruben is also experienced in the programming and operation of audio visual equipment and room controllers.

Raymond Castillo is responsible for configuring, ordering, and setting up new faculty and staff computers.  Raymond is knowledgeable of the most currently available computer technologies for both Windows and Macintosh computers.
