Executive Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs

Dr. Christine Stanley, Executive Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, is working diligently to create programs and opportunities as they relate to:

**Upcoming awards** 
Start thinking of nominees for the upcoming Association of Former Students Distinguished Achievement Awards!  The call for nominations will be sent in September, from Dr. Stanley with the College's internal nomination deadline.  The nomination deadline is usually held in October.  Categories for nominations include: Teaching, Research, Administration, Staff, Student Relations, Graduate Mentoring, and Extension, Outreach, Continuing Education, and Professional Development.

**Tenure and Promotion**
Tenure and Promotion packets are due to the Executive Associate Dean's Office on October 12, 2007.

**Faculty Development Leave**
Faculty Development Leave applications are due to the Executive Associate Dean's Office on November 9, 2007.  Instructions and required forms can be found on the Dean of Faculties website at http://dof.tamu.edu/faculty/fdl/.  Contact Nikki Cavender (ncavender@tamu.edu) with any questions.
