Dr. Mary Alfred, associate dean for faculty affairs, oversees the promotion and tenure process, faculty searches, faculty evaluations and retention concerns, and faculty awards. Since 2006, she has served as an associate professor of adult education in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development. Her research interests in equity and social justice and adult learning and development give her the knowledge and experience necessary to serve and support the college faculty.
