May 2008 Staff Spotlight

Andrea Caldwell-Williams is a business coordinator for the Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture and is very deserving of the Staff Spotlight award. She has made several suggestions on ways to cut costs in our department with supplies and telephones. She serves as an excellent role model for staff. Andrea does not get caught up in gossip, she is a team player. She is always willing to listen to others and she is someone that staff, students and faculty go to. I know our department is blessed to have her, she enjoys her work and she enjoys learning new things. Andrea makes every effort to provide quality work and she takes pride in her effort. Please consider Andrea for this award, she deserves the recognition. She is wonderful caring person and she is a wonderful employee.
