Linda Key serves as the senior administrative coordinator and assistant to Dean Doug Palmer and has been working for the College of Education and Human Development since 1999. Linda enjoys reading, puzzles, travel and spending time with her family, especially her grandsons who are ages 18, 16 and 15. Linda's community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity.

Jill Mangum has been a business associate III in the College of Education and Human Development's Dean's office since February 2006, after graduating magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a communications degree and business minor.  She previously worked for the college in the Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture as a student worker. As a business associate she handles the bi-weekly payroll for the college, as well as other payroll concerns and human resource issues. Her hobbies include watching sports, hanging out with her family, spending time with her two nieces and laughing.

Amy Klinkovsky is the communications coordinator for the College of Education and Human Development where she manages the communications office. Her duties include media relations, writing, special event planning, Web development and design, publications, public relations and serving on university-level marketing and communication committees. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, cooking and learning new things. Around the community Amy is a board member for the Arts Council of Brazos Valley; youth advisor for First Presbyterian Church in Bryan; and an active volunteer for The Theatre Company of Bryan/College Station.

Diane Oswald began working as the promotion and development coordinator for the College of Education and Human Development in 2005 where she supports the college's development efforts with responsibilities including: coordinating advisory council activities, donor communications and event coordination. She previously served as the public relations and continuing education coordinator for the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University. Diane enjoys reading, writing for publications and antique collecting, and can be found around the community supporting her kids at various events.

Kathy May began working for the College of Education and Human Development in the Dean's Office for three years and moved to the Department of Educational Psychology in 1997 where she works as a business administrator on grants and contracts. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, fishing and traveling.

Kristy Anderson is the Administrative Assistant for Dr. Jim Kracht, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and has been working for the college since August 1993. Around the community she is involved with the Bryan Independent School District Volunteers In Public Schools (VIPS) program and enjoys decorating, yard work and shopping for a bargain.

Susan Morris is the librarian assistant II for the Texas Center for the Advancement of Literacy and Learning. Susan, who has worked for the college since 2002, provides materials and assistance to programs working with adult and family literacy across the state of Texas. Her hobbies include walking, reading, gardening, traveling.

Tanya Nading graduated from Texas A&M in 2005 with aMaster's degree in Science and Technology Journalism. She previously worked in the Communications Division of the Texas Engineering Extension Service, and with Science Editor, a publication of the Council of Science Editors, which is edited by Dr. Barbara Gastel (Associate Professor, Vet Integrative Biosciences) at Texas A&M.

Susan Sassano, Business Associate II for the College of Education and Human Development since 1998, pays invoices and reconciles accounts for the department, handles procurement cards, centrex requests, keys and research foundation accounts for the department. Her hobbies include crafting, gardening, reading and crocheting and she is actively involved with First Baptist Church, College Station where she teaches Hand Chimes for 2nd & 3rd graders and is a Mission Friends teacher for 3 and 4 yr olds.

Cyndi Schoen serves as an Administrative Assistant in the College of Education and Human Development's Dean's Office and has been working for the college since 2004. Her duties include serving as the front office manager and assisting Dr. Linda Skrla, Associate Dean. Cyndi volunteers for Caldwell Elementary School, Boy Scouts of America, Phoebe's Home,  Hospice,  Habitat for Humanity, and Scotties House as well as serves on the college's Staff Advisory Committee, TAPSS, CEHD Recognition Committee, Community Service Committee and the Staff Development Committee. She enjoys diversity and international relations, photography, art, painting, music, traveling, learning new things and spending time with her friends and family.

Lisa Yezak has been employed with Texas A&M University for five years. She transferred to the Center for Distance Learning Research in December 2005 as Business Associate III. Her responsibilities include payroll, processing of invoices and travel vouchers, account reconciliation of procard statements and other assigned duties. She and her husband, Gerald, have three children ranging from 16 to 28 years of age. She enjoys playing the piano, working with youth music programs and spending time with her family.
