Staff Spotlight Guidelines

Spotlight Image Each month one CEHD Staff member will be highlighted in the new CEHD STAFF SPOTLIGHT.

Staff Spotlights are presented to employees who have exemplified and exhibited expertise, dedication and enthusiasm in their job performance. These employees have also demonstrated a willingness to assist others and actively seek opportunities to contribute to the college and university.

Nominees must have been employed for at least 12 months. SAC and Recognition Committee Members are NOT eligible for nomination. Staff members are only allowed to be in the spotlight once per fiscal year. All nomination forms submitted, if not chosen, will be cleared at the end of each fiscal year.

One staff honoree will be selected around the 15th of each month for the previous month. Monthly honorees will be recognized with a personalized Certificate of Appreciation, gift(s), postings on the SAC Web page and Harrington Tower Kiosk, a parking space in Lot 10 (one day per week for the month recognized provided space is available) and at the end of the fiscal year, all honorees will be invited to have lunch with the dean.
